- Looking after building maintenance and
repairs to achieve the highest expectations of our clients.
- Inspection and repairs of mechanical,
electrical and physical components of the building.
- Implementing preventative maintenance
programs.
- Financial
services such as budgets, financial
statements, banking, accounts payable, receivable, bookkeeping
and other record keeping duties.
- Collecting of the common element fees.
- Referring to and enforcing Condominium
Act, Employment Standard Act, Occupational Health and Safety
Act, Labour Relations Act, Workplace Safety and Insurance
Act, Human Rights Code, Ontario Building Code, etc.
- Referring to and enforcing Declaration
and pertinent Rules and By-laws.
