PROFILES
A.A. Property Management & Associates was incorporated
in 1986. Our company recently received a twenty year membership
award with ACMO and on July 28, 2008 received confirmation of our
ACMO 2000 designation. Mr. Tony Abela is a long standing member
of the Association and holds the R.C.M. (Registered Condominium
Manager).
Our current portfolio includes 27 Condominium Corporations
and we are responsible for over $20 Million dollars per annum. Our
company currently manages condominium corporations ranging in size
from 16 to over 400 units. In fact, we currently retain Management
of three sites contracted with us since 1986. It is our policy to
control our growth and therefore we do not attempt to contract new
Corporations unless we have the capacity to manage properly and
professionally.
